Ich habe hier auch ein 2023 Modell mit der 48PIN ECU. Die Teilenummer ist 38770-K1T-EB1.

About the reflash for your nice bike CRF300L
we will do the calibration as done until now for stock bike with or without Air filter and exhaust,
we will setup the right calibration for your mechanical configuration .
here few details about the new calibration setup we offer:
added a bit of fuel in low and mid-range, redefine the ON/OFF throttle function into the ecu.
Rev limiter lifted
maps of advance corrected to be more fun and get some adding hp.
lowered the FAN temperature action ON, this to keep cooler the engine, and your legs...
we done already more then 300 bikes CRF300L/rally , and got really ONLY nice feedback in whole Europe, few of them drive it already more then 4000km with our setup calibration.

the price is 350 Euro + 40 euro Shipment UPS (tax included)
we had many customer from Austria and Germany and Swiss that, some of them come with the bike in our shop in Piateda, and other just ship us th ecu. For us dosen't make difference.
procedure details to take off the ecu from bike:
No need take off the batterie, just retrive the ecu (control unit) on the left side front.
you can send your ecu to tune to our Company address (please use only international courier, NOT post service, use DHL,UPS,GLS,TNT)
if need we can also organize the pick up, it's an adding cost for 50 euro with UPS expres saver.
we do the relfash in 1-2 day from when we get in the hands !

Ob das jetzt eine 20-21 oder 23er ECU ist, hat ihn scheinbar nicht interessiert.
Ob es wirklich 300 bikes geflasht... naja.
Dafür finde ich den Preis dann auch sehr stolz.Fast 10% von Fahrzeugwert für welche Gegenleistung?
Da ist noch nicht mal was individuell gemacht. Einfach Flashen... 10 Minuten später ist es vermutlich fertig.
Ich lasse das erstmal und schau nach einer Möglichkeit, das flashen der ECU selbst zu machen. Scheint einige freie tools aus Thailand zu geben.
Am Ende schreibt man wohl mit einem Interface auf die serielle Schnittstelle der ECU und versetzt diese in eine "programming mode".
Das Mapping bzw. das Bin-File muss man natürlich irgendwo her bekommen ;-)
Gibt es hier noch weitere DIY Flasher?
